Broadwater Plaza is a ten lot scheme at Hope Island. After running a competitive tender with four options, the committee chose Higgins Coatings to paint their scheme. We managed the project with a flexible fixed visit deal that suited the body corporate’s needs. Running over 5 weeks Higgins painted the exterior of the building, the roof, line marking and freshened up the bathrooms. We used Dulux paints on this project, all stakeholders were thrilled with the result. Great work by all.
